[IT] [parentesi] è un progetto che si serve della fotografia e della performance per raccontare un processo.
Ideato da Jacopo Ruben Dell’Abate e Daria Greco, mette in relazione le condizioni di sfrenatezza e riposo. La successione elaborata dai due autori sottolinea il carattere irreprensibile dell’eccitazione e la permeabilità della tregua, incoraggiandone una lettura formale e, insieme, emozionale.
La scelta del bianco e nero e il suo impiego confondono l’impronta e svelano le intenzioni, arrivano come echi e si piazzano come macigni, suggeriscono chimere e inoculano realismo.
Tra toni lattescenti e forme mozzate, l’azione performativa si presenta al pubblico in site specific, dichiarando la sua anima corruttibile, in cui la natura del segno non è esattamente attribuibile né solo al gesto della danzatrice, né solo allo sguardo del fotografo.

[ENG] [parentesi] is a project that uses photography and performance to tell a process.
Conceived by Jacopo Ruben Dell'Abate and Daria Greco, it relates the conditions of unbridledness and rest. The sequence elaborated by the two authors underlines the irreproachable nature of the excitement and the permeability of the respite, encouraging a formal and, at the same time, emotional reading.
The choice of black and white is used in a way to discompose the tracks that the body leaves by moving. In this way the intention is revealed. The movements arrive like echoes but at the same time they are imprinted like in stones. They can look like monster but also are the prove of realism.
Between a milky way dream and half body in movement the performative action is displayed to the public in site specific places, declaring the fact that the core of the project can shape according to the space.
