[IT] Daria Greco è una danzatrice e autrice che basa la sua ricerca coreografica sul rapporto fra meccanica del corpo e immaginazione.

Artista associata del gruppo Chiasma (MIC) di Salvo Lombardo, lavora, inoltre, con Carsten Sanger, Alice Gosti/Malacarne, Fabritia D’Intino, Clementine Vanlerberghe, Riccardo Guratti, DOM, Federica Santoro.

Tra i suoi progetti autoriali Crangon Crangon (debutto Short Theatre 2022); [parentesi] (2022, con Jacopo Ruben Dell’Abate); Kern (2023, con JOMOON); Rampante (2023, con Ondina Quadri e Margherita Panizon); BALLETTI (2024). È inoltre autrice dei progetti audiovisivi Crangon Crangon Eyes e Rampante.

È stata cofondatrice di Ostudio, progetto di coabitazione artistica nel quartiere di Roma Torpignattara, di SiR_sharing in Roma, spazio di messa in rete e di condivisione di pratiche di ricerca rivolto ai performer nella capitale e ha collaborato attivamente con Scup_Sport e Cultura Popolare, realtà romana autogestita, dove ha dato il via al suo progetto didattico PAUSA PRANZO_Classi di Danza Contemporanea. Conduce laboratori di ricerca artistica per danzatorə e non. È coach di movimento per attorə e circensi.

[ENG] Daria Greco is a dancer and author whose choreographic research focuses on the relationship between body mechanics and imagination.

An associated artist with the Chiasma (MIC) group led by Salvo Lombardo, she also collaborates with Carsten Sanger, Alice Gosti/Malacarne, Fabritia D’Intino, Clementine Vanlerberghe, Riccardo Guratti, DOM, and Federica Santoro.

Some of her authorial projects include Crangon Crangon (debuted at Short Theatre 2022), [parentesi] (2022, with Jacopo Ruben Dell’Abate), Kern (2023, with JOMOON), Rampante (2023, with Ondina Quadri and Margherita Panizon), and BALLETTI (2024). She is also the author of the audiovisual projects Crangon Crangon Eyes and Rampante.

She was a co-founder of Ostudio, an artistic cohabitation project in the Torpignattara district of Rome, and of SiR_sharing in Roma, a space for networking and sharing research practices aimed at performers in the capital. She has also been actively involved with Scup_Sport e Cultura Popolare, a self-managed Roman collective, where she initiated her educational project PAUSA PRANZO_Classi di Danza Contemporanea.

Daria conducts artistic research workshops for both dancers and non-dancers. She is a movement coach for actors and circus performers.
